40cm Pendant Light - White, Opal Glass

The pendant light offers hand-blown opal glass construction in a distinctive curved profile. Its white translucent material creates floating ambient light while directing focused illumination below. The larger scale provides enhanced lighting coverage, and the suspended design accommodates various installation requirements.

Taking the characteristic shape of the Caravaggio and producing it in white, hand-blown opal glass creates an entirely new lighting effect. Illuminated from within, as well as directing light down, the Caravaggio Opal seems to float within the ambient light it sheds. Danish designer Cecilie Manz says "new products should either be innovative and rejuvenating, or offer improvement, in order to earn recognition". Thus, she has done her utmost to develop designs that do not steal attention from the light, but ensure that function always prevails.
