The Giant Floor Light offers dramatic scale with its oversized articulated design, standing three times larger than standard desk lamps. Its powder-coated aluminium construction provides durability while maintaining the classic adjustable positioning mechanism. The flexible arm and shade allow precise light direction, making it suitable for both floor and desk placement. The sturdy base ensures stability despite the impressive height.
A playful, surrealist iteration of the original Anglepoise 1227 lamp, the Giant 1227 floor light is literally three times the size of the standard desk light. Originally created for author Roald Dahl as a tribute to his passion for the Anglepoise he used at his writing desk, this is a statement piece like no other. Made almost entirely from powder coated aluminium, the Giant 1227 can be used as either a floor light or a desk light, as it can still be easily positioned to loom over a desk. Available in 7 contemporary colours to match your interior space.
