Hatter Pendant Lamp with Handwoven Lantern - Navy Blue

The Hatter Pendant Lamp combines a flat round outer shade with an inner lantern form, hand-woven from naturally durable Veta Vera grass using a traditional basketry technique from Bolgatanga, northern Ghana. Its tight, smooth weave is accented by colorful stripes, with small batches of reeds hand-twisted and dyed using vegetable or food coloring, making each piece subtly unique. The brushed brass ceiling rose and polished brass accessories provide a refined contrast to the organic woven texture, while the construction allows the piece to read as a decorative object whether lit or unlit.
