The Dou lampshade features hand-braided natural rattan construction, creating a contrast between its geometric form and the organic texture of the material. Its open weave allows bright overhead illumination while casting small glimpses of light through the shade itself, adding a layered lighting effect. As a hand-braided item, minor variations in colour and shape are inherent to each piece. The shade is compatible with a Fabric Cord Set – Pendant for hanging installation.
