The Creo downlight combines a fire rated housing with a smart GU10 lamp that connects to your home Wi-Fi, letting you shift from warm 2700K white to crisp 6500K or select any colour by app or voice. The matt black bezel sits just 3mm below the ceiling, with an open IP20 design suited to dry rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining rooms. The housing is fire rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes in timber joist ceilings, maintaining the fire barrier between floors. It requires a 65mm hole and 70mm of ceiling void, with a quick-fit terminal block for wiring, and uses a standard GU10 lamp that can be replaced without changing the fitting.

For a bathroom or shower room, choose the IP65 glass-front version. The housing is fire rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes in timber joist ceilings, so it keeps the fire barrier between floors intact. It needs a 65mm hole and 70mm of ceiling void, and wires in through a quick-fit terminal block. The lamp is a standard GU10, so when it eventually needs replacing you change the lamp, not the light.
