Bilbo Carafe Cleaning Balls - Stainless Steel

The Bilbo carafe cleaning balls offer an effective way to clear sediment from decanters and carafes, including tannin deposits. Made from stainless steel, the balls are added to the vessel with hot water, and a gentle swirling motion lets them scrub the walls and base. The set arrives in an attractive black packaging, making it a practical accessory for wine lovers who value clear, elegant glassware.

Peugeot, a brand that has been known for over a century for promoting good taste in the kitchen - mainly through its iconic spice grinders - has also been taking care of wine lovers for years, offering numerous accessories that bring out the taste of wine while allowing them to serve it elegantly on their tables. And since the elegant serving of wine also requires crystal-clear vessels, the Peugeot brand also offers Bilbo decanter cleaning balls in an attractive black packaging. The stainless steel balls are poured into the vessel, the bottom of which is filled with hot water beforehand. By moving the vessel in a way that makes the water move in a circular, vortex-like motion and the simultaneous contact of the steel balls with the vessel's walls , any sediment, including tannin sediment, is removed from both the walls and the bottom of the vessel.
