Lynda Box with Set of Four Plates - Black, Porcelain

The Lynda box combines sculptural design with functional storage, crafted from black porcelain and crowned with two gold horns. Its hollow form conceals a set of four white and gold-coated porcelain plates within, revealed by lifting the upper half. A collaboration with artists Simon and Nikolai Haas, the piece draws inspiration from the Joshua Tree landscape, with brass and earthenware detailing adding textural contrast.

Teaming up with the Haas Brothers — artists Simon and Nikolai Haas — to create a playfully surreal collection of porcelain, brass and earthenware tableware and home accessories, L'Objet presents 'Lynda', an outgoing yet secretive creature. Inspired by the landscape of Joshua Tree, crafted from black porcelain and crowned by two gold horns, 'Lynda' is in fact a treasure trove, hiding a quartet of white and gold-coated porcelain plates within. Lift the upper half of 'Lynda' to reveal the surprises inside.
