Luki Baking Dish with Insert 1400 ml - Red, Silicone

The Luki roasting and steaming dish with insert serves 3-4 people and is made from silicone, designed by Luki Huber. Its closed design keeps meat juicy while it absorbs the aroma of herbs and vegetables, offering a healthy alternative to aluminium foil envelopes. The insert separates food from the sauce that collects at the base, allowing delicate ingredients to cook without becoming overly liquid. Liquids and spices can be placed beneath the insert for added flavour, and the insert can be removed to increase pot capacity. Only the oven is required to prepare the complete meal.
