A serving tray and a mould in one - for maximum convenience for the cook - is a modern option for all lovers of home-made cakes, which, thanks to its beautiful packaging, can also be used as a gift.Although the Charlotte dessert, for which the mould was designed, does not require baking - the layers of fruit mousse and custard decorated with fresh fruit are enclosed in an oblong sponge cake tin - the cake tin can also be used for other cakes, casseroles, etc.
