The Jungle Book tablemat set combines 100% Italian linen construction with a vivid pattern of wild animals and tropical flora set against a white background. Each mat carries a slightly surreal, maximalist character while the woven linen base provides a firm, flat surface with natural texture. The handmade nature of the fabric introduces occasional small irregularities, such as fine yarn knots, that add to the organic quality of the material. The set of two can be used individually or arranged together for a more layered table setting.
The maximalism that has come to be synonymous with La Double J is applied to this 'Jungle Book' tablemat set for an easy and elegant injection of color and pattern onto dining tables. The duo stands out for its series of wild animals that swirl amongst colorful plant life and flora against a white background for a punchy and slightly surreal table accent that stands equally strong when laid alone or as a part of a larger La DoubleJ ensemble. Woven from 100% Italian linen, the tablemats may include some small, natural irregularities, such as tiny knots in the yarn.
