The Botanica teapot features a borosilicate glass construction with a sculptural orange and green flower stem handle and a blue and pink snail-topped lid. Designed by Alessandra Baldereschi, each detail draws from an imaginative floral palette, giving the piece a distinctive handcrafted character. The borosilicate glass provides durability and heat resistance, while the decorative elements add an almost artistic presence to the piece.
Conspicuous for a distinct cheerfulness that permeates each piece in the collection, the 'Botanica' series by Alessandra Baldereschi for Ichendorf Milano is brought to life by the Italian designer's imagination of flowers in a spectrum of colors. Here, a single stem in orange and green appears as a lively handle on this borosilicate glass teapot, while a blue and pink snail tops the lid for an almost sculptural presence. The result is a memorable piece suited to both formal and non-formal environments, and which can be paired with other glassware pieces from this collection.
