AJ Kids Triangular Snack Dish - Melamine

The AJ Kids triangular snack dish offers a playful way to serve fruit, vegetable snacks, or sweets, with its three separate sections keeping each food neatly apart. Made from durable melamine, it is a practical alternative to bone china, while the letters of the alphabet decorating the rim draw on Arne Jacobsen's 1937 hand-designed Vintage ABC collection. The lightweight construction and sturdy material make it well suited to everyday use by younger children.

The Design Letters brand is a Danish company that, although a relatively young brand - established in 2009 - has already managed to win over design fans around the world. Key to its success has been the introduction of mugs and other crockery and accessories from Arne Jacobsen's Vintage ABC collection. The pieces in this collection were decorated with letter shapes hand-designed in 1937 by Arne Jacobsen himself - a legendary figure in world design and one of Denmark's most famous designers. The AJ collection also has a version for the youngest users of design, in which bone china has been replaced by safe and durable melamine. This triangular snack plate from the AJ Kids range, like all the AJ Kids range, is made of melamine and decorated with the letters of the alphabet around the dish. The plate is divided into three sections and is ideal for fruit, vegetable snacks or sweets.
