Each piece is shaped from threads extracted directly from Toquilla palm leaves, interwoven to form a detailed fish silhouette with natural color variation inherent to the hand-making process. The dried palm fiber construction provides a lightweight yet structured hold, while the artisan dyeing method produces rich tones that may vary slightly between pieces.
