Rustic Portuguese charm meets refined dining in this iconic ‘Couve’ tableware by Bordallo Pinheiro. Using traditional ceramic techniques, these verdant hand-painted pieces are made in the workshop where Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro first realized them in the nineteenth-century, playfully insisting that rustic Portuguese life be invited to dine with the bourgeoisie. Deliciously fun and dedicated to craftsmanship, these almost-edible wild cabbage creations never go out of fashion. The charming collection includes this set of two charger plates, which can be completed with pieces from the rest of the ‘Couve’ family for a lush, leafy statement.
