Bellamonte Cooking Pot 6.5 L Oval - Red, Cast Iron

The Bellamonte oval pot provides a 6.5-litre capacity and a cast iron body that stores and distributes heat well, giving dishes a roasted, distinctive flavour. Its raindrop-textured lid keeps moisture evenly distributed for juicy results, while the scratch-resistant coating allows for dishwasher cleaning. The matte gold knob with the logo complements the design, and the pot is suitable for all cooker types, including induction, as well as ovens up to 240°C. It was designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez.

A good cook is half the battle, but it's no secret that the cookware used is also behind the flavour of the food. This is perfectly demonstrated by the Bellamonte oval pot by Ballarini, which was primarily designed for lovers of dishes cooked over an open fire. With it, the manufacturer harkens back to the northern Italian tradition of "paiolo di ghisa", where dishes such as meat and vegetable stews or polenta reigned supreme.
