New Norm Flat Plate 13.5 cm - Dark Brown Lid

The New Norm flat plate features simple forms and soft, understated lines typical of Nordic tableware. Measuring 13.5 cm in diameter, it serves as a small plate and as a cover for the collection's bowls, helping food arrive at the table hot. Its compact size makes it a practical choice for snacks, starters, and side portions.

As hard as it may be to believe, the New Norm Dinnerware collection by Menu was created with... restaurant equipment. And not restaurants as such, but one particular restaurant, namely the Host restaurant in Copenhagen - a place that has come to epitomise the Nordic lifestyle, the concept of beauty, landscape, weather and, above all, Nordic cuisine. New Norm Dinnerware, which has also been produced for retail since 2013, is therefore about simple forms and soft lines, so typical of Scandinavian design, and muted, perfectly matching colours. Both the shapes and colours of the collection reflect the coolness and crispness of the Nordic wind, the natural landscape of Denmark and the food served in the Host restaurant. The tableware is therefore the perfect choice for all fans of Scandinavian flavours, both in design and on the plate! The flat plate with a diameter of 13.5 cm is not only suitable as a plate, but also as a lid for the bowls in the collection, so that the food served in them - soups, pasta, etc. - arrives at the table hot!
