The Old Havana Butter Dish features a reactive-glazed crackle stoneware construction that produces subtle surface variations unique to each piece. Its handmade craftsmanship, completed in Portugal, gives the glaze an organic, textured finish that differs slightly across individual items. The crackle glaze requires care during cleaning — dishwasher safe but should be dried thoroughly after washing and not left to soak, as prolonged water exposure can degrade the glaze surface.
