Spirale Ashtray - Steel, Stainless Steel

The Spirale ashtray combines a timeless design with functional construction, featuring a mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel bowl and a wraparound spiral border. Originally designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1970, the spiral element prevents cigarettes from sliding into the dish, adding a practical layer of security. Both the bowl and spiral are fully detachable, allowing each component to be cleaned independently with ease.

Designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1970, the 'Spirale' ashtray was first produced by Italian company Bacci. Now produced by Alessi — since 1986 — the mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel bowl continues to revel in its icon status, thanks to a classic and timeless design. Comprising a bowl and a spiral that wraps around its border, the ashtray offers the added security of not allowing cigarettes to fall into the dish. The spiral can be removed so that both components can be cleaned easily.
