The Pretoria Small Garden Summerhouse combines 22mm tanalised log lap cladding with a 50mm x 50mm redwood framework, using slow-grown timber for a tight grain and long-term structural integrity. The 20mm solid floorboards rest on 3x2 tanalised floor bearers, and the 12.5mm tongue-and-groove roof finished with torch-on mineral felt ensures reliable weather resistance. Two wide-opening doors provide straightforward access and good airflow through the interior. Pressure-treated wood offers rot protection for up to 20 years, supported by periodic paint maintenance.
