The Pretoria Small Garden Summerhouse combines 22mm tanalised log lap cladding with a 50mm x 50mm redwood framework, using slow-grown timber to achieve a tight grain and structural resilience. The 20mm solid floorboards rest on 3x2 tanalised floor bearers, while the 12.5mm tongue-and-groove roof finished with torch-on mineral felt delivers reliable weather resistance. Pressure-treated throughout, the wood carries rot protection for up to 20 years, requiring only occasional paint maintenance to sustain its condition. FSC certified natural wood construction is built to exceed standard industry benchmarks for outdoor garden buildings.
