The candleholder combines striking presence with its generous alabaster form, cut from natural stone for authentic texture and character. Its substantial size creates dramatic candlelight effects, while the soft white finish complements both modern and traditional settings. The sculptural silhouette works beautifully as a standalone piece or grouped with smaller versions.
A evolution of Marie Michielssen's 'Construct' flower pots for Serax, the 'Alabaster' candleholders by the designer for the same brand offer a similar shape for a different context. Cut from soft and chalky alabaster, this large version of the candleholder can be paired with other sizes from the series for a pure and poetic display.
