The vase offers abstract lines with a hand-splattered reactive glaze treatment. Its light blue background pairs with navy glaze details for visual contrast, while the retro silhouette provides contemporary edge. The flat circular base accommodates diverse floral displays and serves as an appealing standalone accent piece.
Combining abstract lines with a hand-splattered reactive glaze, Polspotten's 'Boolb' vases offer two versions of spontaneity. This large version of the vessel presents a light blue background onto which a navy glaze is applied — a pleasing visual contrast that is amplified by a retro silhouette that introduces a clean contemporary edge to the vase. With its flat circular base, the vase is suited to a spectrum of floral blooms and arrangements but is equally alluring when left empty.
