Shorebird Decorative Figurine M - All White

The Shorebird decorative figurine features oak construction with lacquered wooden legs, creating a sculptural piece for shelves and dressers. Its medium size and all-white finish give it a clean, understated character that suits both living rooms and bedrooms. The distinctive wading bird form, with its long legs and carefully balanced proportions, makes it a fitting addition to a grouping with other sizes from the collection. It also works as a thoughtful gift for those who appreciate original accessories and minimalist decor.

The Shorebird decorative figurine from Normann Copenhagen, is a homely sculpture that will transform the character of any interior. An elegant and cheerful decoration by the Icelandic designer, it will work well in both the living room and bedroom, adding charm to any dresser or shelf. Available in three sizes and four colours for the legs and beak, the wading birds will also make an excellent gift option for those who appreciate original accessories and minimalism broken with raw, carefully selected furnishings with a striking character. Made of oak, the Shorebird figurine with lacquered wooden legs will look best in a larger group consisting of smaller and larger 'relatives' of the snipe family - elements of the collection. The largest bird is the curlew, a large wading bird with a long, characteristically kinked beak. The medium-sized bird is a bloodwing, a migratory bird with long legs and a straight beak. The smallest figure, on the other hand, is a reflection of the screech-owl, a small bird that has a habit of bobbing its head and tail as it walks on the ground and even swings on its relatively short legs. The beautiful shapes, perfectly balanced proportions and attractive colours, however, make the Shorebird collection a perfect decoration not only for ornithologists :) The version presented here is the medium version of the figurine available, which will look great with one of its larger and smaller 'relatives'.
