The Minuano Wallpaper features striped, abstract patterns inspired by the structured layout of guitar strings, referencing the Pat Metheny Group's 1987 Still Life (Talking) album. Its retro colour combination brings a distinct 70s and 80s aesthetic, with bold linear arrangements that create visual rhythm across the wall surface. The design balances geometric structure with expressive abstraction, lending a graphic quality suited to statement wall applications.
The opening track of the 1987 Still Life (Talking) album by the Pat Metheny Group, Minuano alludes to the fashion trends and style influences of the era while also referencing Metheny's guitar playing skills, with the structured layouts reminiscent of the instrument's strings. The striped, abstract patterns are bought to life through retro colour combinations that exude the spirit of the 70s and 80s, transporting us back to the magic of this musical era.
