To assemble, simply fold out the decoration and insert the metal frame - push the frame through the bottom of the balloon, with the hooked end facing upwards and secure it by slotting each corner into the balloon's metal loops. Pop a bulb of your fairy lights through the hook of the frame, looping the cable around to keep your little balloon flying high.
