The Pastela ceramic vase combines reactive enamel glazing with hand-applied metal oxides, producing a distinctive spotted pattern where each piece varies in colour and finish. The multi-stage firing process — involving layered enamels and oxides — creates natural flecking effects that differ between individual pieces. Its ceramic body measures 12.5cm in diameter and stands 20cm in height.
