The candle gift set offers three hand-poured candles infused with uplifting scents and affirmations. Clean the wax - before each subsequent use, ensure there is no debris, matches, or wick trimmings in the wax pool. Remove any such materials before relighting the candle. Trim the wick - your wick should be about ¼ inch (0. 6 cm) in length each time you light. This helps prevent excessive flickering, mushrooming, and soot buildup and long wicks can also cause the candle to burn faster! Burn in intervals - after your first burn, we recommended to burn your candle in intervals of 2-3 hours at a time. This prevents your candle from getting too hot and extends burn life. Extinguishing properly - when you're ready to extinguish the candle, use a snuffer or gently blow it out. Wax can easily spill when melted, make sure to cool and then apply the cap securely. Storage - store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to heat or sunlight for extended periods can cause the candles to melt or fade. Remember to reuse and recylce - when the wick is burnt away, clean your vessel with warm water. Remove all the wax, remove the wick base. Refuse or recycle your clean vessel - remember to recycle your packaging too!
