Kastehelmi Tealight Holder - Heather

The Kastehelmi tealight holder complements matching tableware or stands alone as a table decoration in the dining room or living room. Designed in 1964 by Oiva Toikka, it features small glass bubbles evenly distributed across its surface, giving it a distinctive, bead-like texture. Kastehelmi means dewdrop in Finnish, a name that reflects the tactile character of the design.

The tealight candle holder presented here is perfect as a complement to Kastehelmi tableware, as well as a stand-alone decoration for the table, living room or dining room. The Kastehelmi Collection, designed in 1964 by the famous Oiva Toikka, is a collection for those who are fascinated by the beauty of glass and care about having unusual designs on their table, transforming everyday meals into fine dining. Kastehelmi means dewdrop in Finnish, which evidently inspired the creation of this unique tableware. Small bubbles of glass evenly distributed like bead necklaces around the surface of the dishes give them an unusual personality, which, although completely unique, blends beautifully with other porcelain sets.
