The Earth Vase offers sculptural appeal with its angular design, built in layers from papier mâché material. Its inverted form provides artistic display options, while the layered construction adds textural interest. The vessel suits dried flower arrangements or standalone decorative use, and the papier mâché material ensures lightweight handling.
Built in layers from papier mâché, Marie Michielssen’s 'Earth' vase presents a memorable sculptural quality. This angular brown vessel accompanies the designer's ever-growing collection for Serax, where simple objects take on an artistic form. Due to the nature of the material, the tall inverted vase is not waterproof but is easily suited to display with no contents or for holding dried flowers and branches.
