Spire Small Taper Candle Holder - Beige, Aluminium

The Spire taper candle holder offers a self-adjusting flame height, with a hidden spring mechanism that gently pushes the candle upwards as it burns down. Its slender, textured aluminium silhouette forms a sleek, geometric centrepiece, while a silicone base stabilises the holder and allows quick candle replacement. The textured aluminium and silicone combination keeps the outer casing cool to the touch while lit, and it accommodates candles up to 22 mm in diameter. Hand wash with hot water only, as it is not dishwasher safe.

The aluminium Spire taper candleholder by Fatboy cleverly solves the problem of a flame that gradually disappears throughout the evening. Dutch designer Chris Kabel has concealed a clever spring mechanism inside, which gently pushes the candle upwards as it burns down. Its slender, textured metal silhouette forms a sleek, geometric centrepiece that commands attention even when unlit.Advantages:The hidden spring mechanism keeps the flame at a constant height the entire time it burns, creating the delightful illusion of an everlasting candle.A silicone base stabilises the holder on your tabletop and allows for quick disassembly whenever it is time to pop in a new candle. The thoughtful combination of textured aluminium and silicone ensures that the outer casing remains cool to the touch while the flame is lit.Compatibility with candles up to 22 mm in diameter allows you to use standard dinner candles without the hassle of trimming them down first.Good to know:The candleholder is not dishwasher safe; to clean any residual wax from the aluminium body, simply rinse it gently with hot water. The illusion of a candle that never burns down might just make you lose track of time. Only the empty cups will reveal how long the evening's conversations have lasted, as the flame stays at the very same height all night long.
