This alluring sculpture by Italian brand Driade pays homage to Fabio Novembre's famous 'Nemo' armchair. The designer-architect's spectacular design draws on classical theatre's use of masks to provide anonymity for actors, allowing them to portray a variety of roles. The miniature version of 'Nemo' — which takes its name from the Latin for 'no one' — plays on themes of universality and the potential to transform. The expression, with its cut-out eyes, is composed, curious, thoughtful, open to interpretation. The sculpture is set at an elegant angle that enhances its beauty. Placed in living areas or intimate spaces, the black version of the 'Nemo Miniatura' brings drama and presence to rooms.
