The glass vase features hand-blown construction with pink spots fused directly into the body of the glass, rather than applied to the surface. Each spot lands according to the heat and movement of the blowing process, meaning no two pieces are identical. The pink sits within the clear glass walls, remaining visible from every angle as light shifts around it. Standing at 21 cm tall, the vase provides a slender silhouette suited to single stems or small floral arrangements.
Spotted glass is made by rolling molten glass over fragments of coloured glass before blowing — the spots fused into the body of the piece, not applied to its surface. Each one lands where chance and heat determine. The pink here sits inside the clear glass, visible from every angle, shifting as the light moves around it. Hand-blown, 21cm. No two are identical, which is either a feature or a philosophy, depending on how you look at it.
