Pieces may also have small air bubbles, which is a result of the hand poured working process of jesmonite and is a natural, authentic finish. While By Shax products are water-resistant, they should not be washed (by hand or dishwasher). You can wipe the surface of the product using a damp cloth and this should get rid of most stains if done immediately.
