The Zenka vase features a hand-blown and hand-cut frosted glass construction, its surface covered in rounded, irregular facets that catch and diffuse light into a muted, shifting glow. The deep burgundy tone interacts with each facet to produce subtle variations in reflection, while the thick glass walls lend a solid, tactile quality.
