The Double Sleigh Bed features soft curves at both ends, crafted from real oak veneers with a hand-applied combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. A protective lacquer finish seals the surface, preserving the timber's subtle natural grain while adding durability. The sleigh silhouette is constructed using signature joinery techniques, giving the frame a sturdy, timeless build. As a natural material, each piece carries its own unique grain pattern, ensuring no two beds are identical.
Winchcombe is made exclusively for The Cotswold Company, using our signature joinery and finish - you won't find it, or our quality, anywhere else. We've taken all the charm and traditional character that inspired the Winchcombe range for our beautiful sleigh bed. Soft curves at both ends help to accentuate its elegance and carefully crafted design for a bed that feels timeless and robust. The real oak veneers give it a sturdy build that will last for years, while the stylish sleigh design adds a touch of elegance to any bedroom. So if you're looking for a bed that combines both form and function, the Winchcombe Smoked Oak Wooden Double Sleigh Bed is the perfect choice. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak's natural beauty, the timber is hand-finished with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. It is then sealed with a lacquer to protect the oak's subtle, natural grain traces.
