Signatory Super King Divan Base and Mattress Set - Firm

The Signatory divan base and mattress set combines handcrafted construction with premium natural materials, featuring 1.32mm wire springs sewn into individual calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested double spring layer. Its upholstery layers include 900gsm blended Shetland Isle fleece wool and cotton, 450gsm hand-teased long-stranded horsetail in a hair-proof cambric cover, and 200gsm cashmere, providing substantial cushioning and natural breathability. The surface is hand tufted with woollen tufts and twine, securing the fillings and adding structural integrity, while 1,200gsm horsehair overlaid with 1,200gsm blended British fleece wool and cotton completes the mattress build. The divan base is fitted with skirts on three sides as standard, and the set is handmade in the UK. Headboard not included.
