The Signatory divan base and mattress set combines double-layer pocket springs with extensive natural upholstery for balanced, responsive support. Each 1.32mm wire spring, 50mm in diameter, is sewn into individual calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested unit, while multiple layers of hand-teased Shetland Isle fleece wool, horsetail hair, and cashmere build a breathable, pressure-relieving sleep surface. The mattress is hand-tufted with woollen tufts and twine to secure the fillings and maintain long-term structure. A three-sided skirted divan base is included as standard; headboard is sold separately.
