The Signatory mattress combines layered natural materials with hand-crafted construction for a luxurious sleep surface. Its dual-layer pocket spring system uses 1.32mm wire springs sewn into individual calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested unit, providing responsive and even support. The upholstery layers include 900gsm blended Shetland Isle fleece wool, 450gsm long-stranded horsetail, and 200gsm cashmere, all hand-teased and enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover. Four rows of genuine hand side-stitching reinforce the mattress edge, while hand-tied woollen tufts secure the fillings in place, and air vents on all sides promote consistent airflow throughout the 23cm deep profile.
