The Regal Superb Divan Base and Mattress Set features pocketed spring construction mounted on a solid timber frame, insulated with wadding and a calico-lined ticking case for structural protection. Its 1.28mm wire springs, 48mm in diameter, are sewn into individual calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested unit, providing consistent support across the sleep surface. Layers of 1,000gsm blended British fleece wool and cotton, 1,200gsm long-stranded horsetail, and 900gsm real Shetland Isle fleece wool and cotton are enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover, contributing to the soft tension feel. A 1,200gsm natural coir pad underlies a final layer of blended British fleece wool and cotton, completing the upholstery stack.
