The Bedstead Supreme mattress features hand-nested calico pocket spring construction with 1476 springs in the King size, delivering responsive support across medium tension. Its upholstery layers natural fillings — including British fleece wool, horsehair, and cotton blends — hand tufted with felt washers for consistent surface tension and long-term resilience. The borders are reinforced with 2 rows of hand side-stitching and protective wool upholstery, maintaining edge support and shape retention. Air vents and horizontal handles complete the construction, with an overall depth of 21cm plus 6cm doming (+/-2cm).
