The Baronet Superb Mattress combines handmade construction with layered natural materials for a soft sleep surface. Its 1.52mm wire springs are sewn into individual calico pockets and hand-formed into honeycomb-nested units, while horsehair needle-teased onto hessian and enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover delivers a cushioned yet supportive feel. Bonded and blended British fleece wool and cotton overlay the spring system, and two rows of genuine hand side-stitching reinforce the 21cm-deep border. Air vents on all sides aid breathability, and the surface is hand tufted with felt washers and finished in fine Belgian ticking.
