The Baronet Superb King Size Mattress combines hand-formed honeycomb-nested pocket springs with horsehair upholstery needle-teased onto hessian and enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover. Its 1,326 individually pocketed 1.52mm wire springs are layered with bonded British fleece wool and cotton, providing responsive support across the soft tension. Two rows of genuine hand side-stitching reinforce the 21cm-deep border, which is finished with protective wool and piped Belgian ticking, while hand tufting with felt washers maintains the upholstery layers in place. Air vents on all sides promote airflow throughout the mattress construction.
