Love Story King Size Bed Frame - Taupe, Cotton Velvet

The Love Story bed frame features a solid oak construction, hand-carved and finished with a satin varnish that enhances the natural medullary rays within the wood. Its headboard is upholstered in cotton velvet with deep buttoning and a piped edge trim, providing a structured yet tactile surface. Sweeping scalloped side rails and a matching footboard follow the undulating line of the headboard, creating a cohesive silhouette across the entire frame.

Our exclusive Love Story Collection captures a moment, a feeling, an emotion. Inspired by the infinite beauty of our finite world, the designs are romantic and feminine, and exude elegance and tactility. Warm sand underfoot, coral reefs, endless shores, sea shells, sand dollars, silver birch bark, fallen leaves and the snap of twigs underfoot; nature in every form, and in every corner of our precious planet has been the inspiration for our Love Story Collection of French furniture. Crafted from a solid oak framework, the bed is hand-carved and stained with a satin varnish to enhance the medullary rays within the oak. The headboard is upholstered in rich cotton velvet in a versatile taupe colourway, and deep buttoned for a smart and classic aesthetic. Finally, it is trimmed with a piped edge. We love the way the sweeping and gently scalloped side rails and footboard thoughtfully match the undulation of the headboard and the button upholstery, a considered but simple design that will sit with every style of room and every choice of colour palette. Timeless, classic and versatile, this Love Story Upholstered bed will go with you from home to home, style era to era and generation to generation. Your love affair. Pair with the Love Story Bedsides with either one or two drawers for useful bedside storage.
