A traditional design with the added storage of a bottom drawer - dovetail-jointed for strength - and metal handles that complement the timeless smoked wood finish.Every piece in our Bibury collection is built with a solid oak framework and proudly showcases our usual Cotswold signature quality with mortise and tenon joints and strong dovetailed drawers. Together with timeless finishing details like traditional wooden drawer runners and delicate cornicing. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak's natural beauty, the timber is hand-finished with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. It is then sealed with a lacquer to protect the oak's subtle, natural grain traces.
