The Bibury King Size Bed Frame combines a solid oak construction with mortise and tenon joinery, providing long-lasting structural integrity. Its hand-finished timber is treated with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve the Smoked Oak tone, then sealed with a lacquer that preserves the wood's natural grain. Traditional wooden drawer runners and delicate cornicing add refined detailing, while the dovetailed joints reinforce the frame's durability. As each piece is shaped from natural oak, no two frames share an identical grain pattern.
A truly classic design, our Bibury kingsize bed is built-to-last with a solid oak framework and durable mortise and tenon joints. Every piece in our Bibury collection is built with a solid oak framework and proudly showcases our usual Cotswold signature quality with mortise and tenon joints and strong dovetailed drawers. Together with timeless finishing details like traditional wooden drawer runners and delicate cornicing. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak's natural beauty, the timber is hand-finished with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. It is then sealed with a lacquer to protect the oak's subtle, natural grain traces.
