The Aurea ottoman storage bed combines a sprung slatted base with gas lift storage access, supported by 600 N gas pistons capable of holding mattresses up to 45 kg. Its handcrafted frame uses hardwood and MDF construction with a durable metal inner frame, upholstered in soft plush velvet for a tactile finish. The plywood sprung slatted base flexes under pressure points to distribute weight and extend mattress lifespan. Foam and polyfibre filling adds cushioning to the upholstered panels, while the flatpack format simplifies assembly.
