Use wool detergent and softener only. Do not tumble dry. Due to the high content of mohair, we see that the throw/blanket might shed a little at the start, if this is a problem, you can put the throw/blanket in the freezer overnight and shake well afterwards. Put the throw/blanket in a bag that you close tightly, either with a tie or zip, so that it does not mix with the food in the freezer. Then you shake it well, and remove any loose hair that remains with a roller the next day.
