The Tres Dhurrie rug features a traditional Indian flat-weave construction, produced in three independent sections where wool, felt, and cotton fibres are combined in varying proportions. This interplay of materials generates subtle tonal shifts and natural irregularities in the weave, giving the surface a distinctive textured character. Each rug is hand-woven using 76% New Zealand wool and 24% felt, with the fibre blend contributing to both its tactile depth and visual pattern.
