Merge Small Kelim Rug - Wool

The Merge Kelim Rug features hand-dyed wool yarn woven using the traditional Punja loom technique, one of the oldest manual weaving methods. Its geometric colour-blocking pattern is rendered in burnt hues, with slight shade variations occurring naturally from the wool and dye process. The kelim weave produces a characteristically coarse texture, and minor differences in weaving pattern from rug to rug are inherent to the handmade construction.

Also, the wool yarn is hand-dyed, and some shade variation may occur due to the nature of wool and dye. The Kelim weave and the wool yarns have a unique, coarse feel.
