The bamboo fibres are ultra-absorbent, becoming progressively softer with each machine wash cycle, though the sheet is made approximately 4% larger to account for minor initial shrinkage of up to 4% over the first few washes.

During the washing cycle it will retain more water, making the fabric softer & softer after every wash. As a result of this cycle, the bedding should slightly shrink up to 4% during the first 3-4 washes. To accommodate for this minor shrinkage, the bedding has been made around 4% larger. So please don't worry if your bedding look slightly bigger on the first night.
